1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkyReport ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

SkyReport is an enterprise platform that provides reporting, document management, team collaboration, task management, and AI-powered analysis tools. The Service is provided as self-hosted software deployed on infrastructure managed by or on behalf of your organization.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• You must notify your organization administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Organization owners are responsible for managing team member accounts, permissions, and device approvals.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, organizations, or system resources.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or code designed to disrupt the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SkyReport, including reports, documents, images, and other files. You grant SkyReport a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., AI analysis, document rendering, file storage).

Organization owners are responsible for the content created by their team members within the platform.

6. AI-Powered Features

SkyReport uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI) to provide report analysis and content suggestions. Text content submitted for AI analysis may be processed by these providers according to their respective terms of service. You should not submit classified or highly sensitive information through AI-powered features.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyReport and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Organization owners may delete their organization and all associated data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
